I saw Dr. Klink for a new patient consultation. She was very condescending and in a rush to finish the visit. I made this appointment because I wanted bloodwork done. I called the office before and let them know this before my appointment. Dr. Klink made me return the next day for bloodwork which was VERY inconvenient and unnecessary. Her staff even made remarks that it was confusing as to why I had to come back for bloodwork. Other than that, the nurses, front desk staff, and phlebotomist were great!!
Most unprofessional lazy uncaring doctors office I’ve ever been to do not recommend
The office has been going through a transition period but everyone has been very helpful and encouraging despite that! Emily is an excellent care provider, she explains things to me in a way that I can easily understand them and makes sure I know what I'm getting into. Great team of people!
Just go to a different doctoes office that isn't through carilion. Carilion does not see you as a person and the doctors here aline with that same thought. I was ignored multiple times with my issues and lost my faith with doctors due to this very office. Just find somewhere else.
Doctors are great here, and the nurses are too but the lady who answered the phone after I had messed up the time I was supposed to be here (that’s on me,) was extremely rude, short, and snappy. Please hire better receptionists! :)
