Each and every staff member has been kind, helpful, compassionate, and more than competent. Very happy with this clinic.

I can’t say enough nice things about Carilion Clinic and the staff at Hillsville & Galax. We see Cathy Burns in Hillsville and are so pleased. She seemed to be so knowledgeable and actually has read our charts and knows our history before she sees us. Her bedside manner is five star! My 95y/o dad sees Dr. Prior in Galax and I’m very pleased with the care he gets there also. We look forward to a long term relationship with your practice.
