I absolutely love this office! Every doctor we have seen there has been amazing and the front office staff is very helpful and friendly.
lousy! we had a 3:15 appt. for my husband who was in a great deal of pain. we arrived early like they want, the place was empty only two others waiting. the phones were ringing off the hook and we could here nurses chit chattin in the back. after an hour we asked a bitchy nurse if he would be taken back soon. She said "I wouldn't know im not on that doctors service" and walked away. my husband went upstairs to the check in to ask what was going on while up stairs a nurse finally came out for him. she was rude as hell and got... read more

ZERO STAR!!! DO NOT GO THERE.!! We brought my brother to the ER with a very bad urinary tract infection on Sunday morning April 13th, 2014 and they released him with the wrong antibiotic and then on Tuesday, April 15th, 2014 he died of kidney failure while sleeping. He was only 51!!
I found the care I received at the Roanoke Sleep Center during my sleep study to be a very robotic experience, leaving me uncomfortable and feeling that the staff was uncaring to my chronic medical needs.
Dr. John Mann replaced my left knee (total knee replacement). After recovering from surgery my leg is totally free of pain, operates like it was 18 years old (I'm 69). If you're considering this surgery you can't find a better surgeon.
Dr Grubb was very rude to me and told me he was not able to see me fuse to the medication I was on, even though I had narrowing of my c4and c5 . He refused to tell me what was wrong with my back I had to call me primary doctors office who told me. He mumbled under his breath as he left about my meds and told me to go home and put ice on my back and go for a walk. I wouldn't recommend Dr Grubb to anyone. This practice has great caring group of doctors who are great at what they do and care about what there doing
Great doctor, but he moved to Africa about ten years ago. i think the round trip to Kenya might be a bit much...
