I feel compelled to state how strongly I advise against going to this practice. I saw Dr. Alleyne in 2019 for severe low back pain and my examination somehow resulted in my being shirtless, full frontal, for a neck and shoulder exam. It was hands down the worst medical experience I've ever had even to this day. It was humiliating, unproductive, unprofessional and demoralizing. Took my father to an appointment with Dr. Alleyne out of this location. The doctor seemed to be more worried about the computer than the patient. Asked for FMLA paperwork to be filled out for my mother because she could not be there and the doctor made an excuse not to fill out the paperwork. Now my father had an appointment that my mother could be at to get the FMLA paperwork filled out and the doctor on last minute decides she is not going to be there during this time. I've hesitated to leave a review, because this used to be a fabulous practice, but sadly that is no longer the case. I've been a patient of Dr. Alleyne since she came to this practice. I feel like I deal with something frustrating every visit, from an unprepared doctor, to bungled refills, no one returning to the room to finish care during a visit, and the last straw, Dr. Allene not ordering bloodwork and wasting my time and putting staff in an awkward situation. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
