They are refusing to release my medical records to me unless I go in person to sign a form. This is against the law and they simply do not care. I have offered them alternatives methods on how I can get them the form signed (via email, mail etc) and they refused and were extremely rude and unhelpful. They also gave me a number to corporate that doesn't even handle stuff like that.
Been going here for 30+ years. Great people and care.
WARNING DO NOT GO HERE. Staff is extremely rude, I was in the middle of explaining something and was immediately transferred to a nurse (not my drs nurse) and I called back and asked her why I was transferred in the middle of speaking and she saidof you asked to speak to a nurse, I said no I was telling you I was expecting a call back and she said “well I’ll let you do your little talk” I’ve been told my Dr Eileen I had to schedule a whole new appointment cause I couldn’t get my ears looked at for an ear infection she didn’t... read more
I have been going to Carillon since I was little, and I am saddened but our experience today. Dr. Alleyne is quick to get you in and out the door. We were scheduled for two different medical issues and only ONE was addressed. Once we told the nursing staff the situation, they hadn't even communicated with Dr. Alleyne, the reason for our visit. We won't be back.
Don't go here if you need minor surgery!! Do not go here PERIOD!!! They do NOT know what they are doing. A person can have a specific appointment scheduled and they still won't know why you are there when you show up. Go somewhere else!!!!!!! Apparently they don't care if your anesthesia has taken effect yet and begin CUTTING when it still hurts.
