Doctors and staff are great
I have been a patient of Dr. Bethany Casey's for years, has great bedside manner, takes her time and very empathetic.
As always Carilion Clinic Family Medicine has excellent service for medical needs. Very nice staff and the Drs. are tops. My family has all medical care done here.
Sharing this experience as a warning that you may need to call back quickly to verify whether you are truly on a waitlist here. Hoping that I am able to eventually raise my rating after getting an appointment as I have heard great things about the care providers at this location. I had called on April 8th to be placed on a waitlist at which time I was advised that I would likely be able to schedule an appointment sometime from late June heading into August and that I could call back to check around that time.
