I have been going back and forth for MONTHS. To get refunded for a service I should not have paid for. Every time I called, the call took 30mins-1 hour of explaining the issue, being put on hold, etc. every time they would say “ok we are going to send you a check in the mail” only for me to check in again and there be some issue. Entire office staff and dr areil eanes is by far the absolute worst they will profile you as a single parent with children and profile your family as well I do not recommend I would leave zero stars i will never return to any facility operated by carilion providers does not matter which facility carilion is nothing but a money racket and a joke
Dr. Eanes is an absolute treasure to our community. She listens. She is thoughtful, kind, thorough and truly cares. I can’t express how grateful I feel that she is my primary care physician and how supported I feel. The office staff and nurses are also wonderful. Thank you for practicing.
