I specifically confirmed multiple times that my immigration medical exam would be $260 ALL-INCLUSIVE with no additional charges. After the visit, I was shocked to receive a separate $191.50 lab bill from Quest Diagnostics that was NEVER disclosed. This is extremely misleading and shows a serious lack of transparency in billing. If lab work is not included, patients should be told clearly upfront — not surprised with extra charges weeks later. Check your bills. Two of my daughters saw a nurse practitioner for a well check. We have since been billed for each child on top of what insurance paid. The provider claims she went over more than what is included in a well child visit and charged a second office visit fee for each child. At no point did the provider ever say that she would be charging for a second visit based on our discussion nor make me aware that she felt we were outside of what a well visit covered. We had a newborn visit with Dr. Behrouzi and could not have asked for a better experience. He is extremely kind and informative. He answered questions without judgement and with fact based information. He is exactly the type of physician I have been hoping to find for my kiddos. The nursing staff is also top notch. They are kind and helpful. Highly recommend this office.
