I specifically confirmed multiple times that my immigration medical exam would be $260 ALL-INCLUSIVE with no additional charges. After the visit, I was shocked to receive a separate $191.50 lab bill from Quest Diagnostics that was NEVER disclosed. This is extremely misleading and shows a serious lack of transparency in billing. If lab work is not included, patients should be told clearly upfront — not surprised with extra charges weeks later.
