Each time I need a refill on a prescription they manage to delay for an inordinate amount of time and then get it wrong. They ignore messages. When requesting labs I need done for an autoimmune disease, they put in the wrong orders for the wrong labs. They show no urgency when you are running out of meds or need the tests corrected. over 30 years going here and you tell me to go down the road? I get doctors leave but that's not my problem. your administration and managers are terrible if they can't supply enough providers.

I gave myself an hour and 15 minutes to get to my appointment on time, but I got stuck on I-81 due to an accident. I called the office to let them know that I was running behind and was informed if I was there within 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment I could be seen. I was literally running through the door exactly 14 minutes after my appointment. The receptionist spelled my last name wrong when looking me up and didn't find me until 1 minute over the cutoff time. I was then informed I would have to reschedule. The r... read more
This place is a joke they are only concerned about getting you in and out! They don’t care if your blood pressure is sky high and you can barely hold your eyes open!!! Put yourself in your patients shoes and actually try to help them also the front desk is all over the place and rude along with the Nurse on call very ghetto and rude!!! Carilion is a joke!
