This place is a total joke. They never answer the phone and if they do you’re on hold for forty-five minutes, I wouldn’t refer anyone to this place, they don’t care about their patients.
Love this place! Been coming here 17+ years. From the front desk to the doctors to the nurses so nice and really friendly.
Communication with this place is absolutely horrible!!! Even after having to wait almost 1 month for an appointment, I tried to call 5 times today to reschedule and 4 out of 5 times, I was on hold with music playing. After almost 35 minutes of nobody answering, I just hung up. I will find another provider for my care
Been try to get Dr Eggleston-Clark to sign a paper for my granddaughters physical so she can start kindergarten. Well She is supposed to start tomorrow 8/8/24 and have YET to recipe it and hasn't faxed to the school. So because of her my baby may miss her 1st day of kindergarten. I will be pulling BOTH my grand babies out from that practice!!!!
