Staff is extremely rude and nonchalant. My loved one was in there calling me, when I returned phone calls no staff member knew where she was. If you want to put your relative away and not hear from them for a while, I'll recommend. If you care about your love ones keep them far from this place

Everyone that I deal with here is great. They are very helpful and caring. They make sure your needs are met in a timely manner.
There are long wait times when going here. Even if you are only getting labs done. Something that is supposed to be 15 minutes turns into an hour. They don't go by appointment time. Especially when getting labs done.
