Not even sure how this is a pediatric dental clinic with zero patience for toddlers and horrible attitudes. From the check in the process was horrific. When they called to confirm they said ONLY a parent could bring him. Upon arrival they were attempting to refuse service because the parent who holds the insurance policy was not present. That is not what they said at appointment confirmation and what does that matter who holds the insurance policy we are both his parents. Worst care I’ve ever received for my children then to top it off. They want her to have surgery for no reason and you can’t complain or get a hold of any kind of management place is sick and full of people who just want a check this place is a joke if you want what’s best for your child don’t bring them here

I tried calling this location to schedule an appointment for my son. While I was trying to explain what was going on I felt rushed to get to the point. I was then told they had too many people in the lobby and couldn't make time to get information to schedule an appointment and to just call back in the morning, rushing me off the phone. I don't plan on calling to make any future appointments at this location as the receptionist was very rude. Very disappointed in my first experience with this place.

Can't love this place enough, my granddaughter became very nervous and staff ask who her favorite song and artist was, got it on her phone and held her hand. The work was done in no time . ❤️
