I tried calling this location to schedule an appointment for my son. While I was trying to explain what was going on I felt rushed to get to the point. I was then told they had too many people in the lobby and couldn't make time to get information to schedule an appointment and to just call back in the morning, rushing me off the phone. I don't plan on calling to make any future appointments at this location as the receptionist was very rude. Very disappointed in my first experience with this place.
Can't love this place enough, my granddaughter became very nervous and staff ask who her favorite song and artist was, got it on her phone and held her hand. The work was done in no time . ❤️
Slow is an understatement. Too many patients and not enough staff! They stay booked and it’s always too slow! Carilion got all this money and it needs to go towards building another pediatric dental office with fast and more staff!!
They get you appointments quickly and the staff is really nice and professional!
