A great experience with Dr. Bankole and staff. I want to thank them for taking such great care of my mom. They are very educated on the issues of the elderly.
We had a terrible experience with the social worker WENDY and Dr. D’amora. Absolutely awful! We requested NOT to tell our mother that she has dementia. WENDY AGREED that’s it’s best not to let them know I asked her to pass that on to Dr. D’amora. She said she would. The doctor preceded to walk in, very I’m personable and looked DIRECTLY IN MY MOTHERS EYES AND SAID “YOU HAVE DEMENTIA “!! I asked every person I came in contact with TO NOT TELL HER!! We are FURIOUS. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.
