Very bad experience!! I had my appointment for my Echocardiogram scheduled a year in advance. I was told my appointment was at 10:30 and I put it in my phone that day. When I arrived the nurse said "we thought you were not coming your appointment was at 10". I apologized and told her I was told 10:30. She cut me off and said "I know you were not told that. ".
