Extremely kind and supportive staff
Everyone in Pediatrics and dentistry are attentive and nice. As well as the folks who get you treated and checked in. We have never had an issue.
Yesterday I had to figure out how to take care of some paperwork for my son for Carilion. I happened to be in town (from Martinsville) and checked with my son's dental clinic at Tanglewood. They suggested I check with the Clinic downstairs. Everyone I encountered in that downstairs office, from the front foyer staff, to the hall-help-you-get-to-where-you-need-to-go staff, to the forms staff, were all very eager to assist, ready with a smile, and knowledgeable about what was needed or knew someone who was.
