Do not recommend - we had a nightmarish experience here. At our last appointment we waited nearly two hours with an infant and our other children for a scheduled appointment and ended up leaving due to the delay. The situation was escalated in a way that felt unnecessary and invasive, and it seemed we were being punished for leaving Carilion. We have also experienced what felt like an overreaction in care. We met Counselor Victoria Rosenberg many, many years ago when my son was having some issues. She was recommended by Dr. Pineda (who is also awesome). We have been to a lot of specialist including gastro. For couple years nobody or nothing can help my son feel better until we met Counselor Rosenberg. She was very patient and treated my son like her own....my son is now 18 and thank God for Victoria my son never had to use any medication but he got better mentally, physically and emotionally.
