Mason in the call center has no urgency for children’s health. Rude to me because I’m calling asking about a medication my son needs and been waiting on a response almost 24 hours now. My 2 month old is suffering and all he could tell me was “oh well someone will be in contact” people at the desk to check in always rude. I will be looking for a new doctors office that actually cares about my children’s health and not just a paycheck

We met Dr. Myers and had an amazing experience. She was kind, attentive and extremely thorough. She spent so much time examining and discussing everything about my child. She has a very friendly approach and we felt so comfortable with her. She was not in a rush, answered all our questions. If you are looking for a pediatrician who cares then make an appointment with Dr. Michele Myers. We absolutely loved her!

There needs to be a separation between sick and well patients. I took my 6 month old and 5 year old for well visits. We waited 40 minutes in the same waiting area as people who had colds, body aches, and had been throwing up. Two days after our visit I now have a sick 5 year old. This needs to be fixed or we will start finding care else where. If I bring my children for well visits I would appreciate keeping them well.

Service is awful! Paperwork behind! Litterally the worst! I will be finding my children a better primary! And filing a complaint. LAZY!!!!! Want a call from the supervisor!!
