Would rate 0 stars if I could. Did not like the doctor at the cardiologist at all for my son. It was an elderly man and my son was very scared; the doctor didn’t even try to comfort him or work with him. The doctor refused to even be in the room until my son calmed down. He sent a nurse in to deal with my son an try to calm him down. My son was 2 at the time. He wasn’t even throwing a fit or anything, just scared and crying. Would not recommend him at all. We had an appointment for our daughter at 1030. They called a week ahead of time and guilt tripped me into changing to either 1000 or 1100. I didn’t really want to do it but initially said 10 then looking at calendar I realized with her next appointment 11 would be better so she confirmed 11. When my husband showed up they refused to accommodate her because of their mistake. They wouldn’t come out to speak with him and their office manager was in New River Valley. The staff and Nurse Amy is very rude ! They will NOT work with you, if you need help and they do not contact you before appointment. I wish the Lady we had before them was still there. We will NOT be going back To Dr. Herold again ! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone who has kids.
