Waited 6 months and drove almost 2 hours, just for a nurse practitioner to do the same exact developmental test on my son that two therapists and infant / toddler connection had done. The entire reason we were referred was to try to get an evaluation for autism done. Now we have to come back and have (maybe finally??) that said evaluation done this summer- but the catch it we have to wait over a month for the results afterwards
The receptionist is rude, we drove 2 hours and went to the Electric Road location in Roanoke and that's the address that was on our paper, to be told we needed to be at the Christiansburg location, when I asked her to try to fit us in we waited months to get in to begin with and drove 2 hours to get here, she was not at all accommodating and she said.. ....she told us the day before exact directions, and in fact what she said when she called was... do you have the address and was told yes it's on this paper I was sent, which... read more
Great place!, but I live about 1hr 20 min away and was late to my appointment, really hate how they rescheduled us out another 6months , wish they could sooner or work with us as far as understanding our situation
