I arrived 18 minutes late for my son's appointment for a very important stress test. He had chest discomfort that was very important to check.I drove 1-1/2 hours to get there due to poor traffic conditions. They would not take us for a 20 minute test because their "grace period" was to only allow 15 minutes for lateness, even though I pleaded. Meanwhile, I observed the tech just standing in the hall for a long time. VERY UNACCOMODATING. Recommend using one of Carient's OTHER offices, not Woodbridge.
The worst staff I have seen maybe the doctors are ok I am changing them asap I used to be with Dr shariagi for over 20 years unfortunately he retired was a great doctor and great staff they make a person sick
The doctors seem good but the fees for missing appointments are predatory. $75 for missing an appointment, $200-250 for missing a test. Seniors have difficulty making appointments due to health issues. It appears they charge these fees even if on Medicaid and that's not legal.
Just pick somewhere else. this place Will not make you feel any better with your concerns and they could actually care less about your concerns and don’t give me started on the wait time no matter the appointment time you will be seen 30 minutes later. You will leave feeling like you wasted your time EVERYTIME
