When I tell you that I could not have asked for a better realtor, I mean it! We were very picky and very particular about the house we went with. We wanted specific things in a neighborhood and a house, and she went out and ticked every box on our list. There were two different weekends that she spent with us to show us houses! I recently purchased a home that Carie was a seller’s agent on. Among many headaches on the purchase of this home, Carrie tried to misinterpret wording in the contract multiple times to have the sellers not complete the agreed-upon repairs properly. Additionally, once we received possession of the property, the sellers had left loads of trash in the house and left the condition completely unacceptable. Carrie was wonderful! She listened to what we wanted and what our budget was and found the best home on the market for us! It was a rental property with renters still there right before we moved in and the place was not very clean and she contacted the right people and had a cleaning team ready to come within a couple days!
