I must say in my past I’ve had landlords who just didn’t care about anything. Just wanted your money without no concerns. Was in need of immediate housing after a flood. They put me in a house that basement backed up monthly with sewage. When I told them they said just don't use it. Mices began to overtake the property, The property was completely uninhabitable. Then they refuse to let me out of my yearly lease. I just left! Do not rent from this company Disgusting!!
Just moved into the park next door. Didn’t know I couldn’t park in his spaces. I was out at my daughter’s bus stop. Informed in me in an arrogant manner I could not park there and laughed at me
Caribou homes rental is top tier as a ten tent this company puts your first. I never had to wait days nor hours for my service calls to ever be completed.
An office full of degenerates! Totally unprofessional, Pam and Michelle, in the office, are two of the most ignorant individuals you’ll ever meet. Horrible rental properties. Properties are dilapidated and rodent infested! They refuse to repair anything. I urge you DO NOT!DO NOT! rent from this company! I urge you to have a city inspector review the property before giving these people your money.
