I love Caribou coffee and this location in Apple Valley, MN was superb! Friendly staff, clean, and calming atmosphere. They even have a little outdoor patio.
To the owner / manager - The guy working with the thick brown beard needs to wear a beard net - I’ve found his beard hairs in my food twice now. Pretty gross and unsanitary. Caution to anyone thinking about eating here. I won’t be coming back anytime soon as there are plenty of other sanitary Caribou’s to visit in the FM area.
Very chilly in the lobby. Employees didn't care. Tried to sit by the fireplace but they didn't want to turn it on. Horrible parking too. Great lobby but they make it so chilly that no one wants to stay. Edit: no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms 😔
