The staff were very professional and completed the ordering process and making the order very quickly!!
The general manager here is entirely unprofessional and cant manage the crew when they mess up. Expect long waits for the most simple drinks, expect to be charged for extras on a drink that they dont give you and expect no accountability from him or his baristas when they make mistakes. How hard is it to make an iced americano with light ic apprantely 3 tries and they still cant do it correctly. Plenty of other caribou nearby, this one is by far the worst due to the management.
