Went to order a coffee at 7:30 AM and all of the lights were off and the people inside pretended not to be there - decided to pull up to the window and the hours said open at 6 AM.
Placed a mobile order and decided to go to the walk up window. By the time I arrived, my order was ready. I knew this because I could see it next to the window. I then waited for 20 minutes outside before I knocked on the window. When I did, the team member that helped me was rude. She was angry that I knocked, and seamed extremely annoyed at the situation. Wait at walkup window whilei see people get helped and leave at the drive-thru that arrived after me... Then I left...
I’m not satisfied with how my cold coffee with coconut milk tasted. It was BLAND, more like YUCK. At least I won’t try that again.
