Barista is rude and all my drinks tasted gross. Told her nicely that my drink didn’t have caramel like I had asked for and she proceeded to say “it’s there” and walked away leaving me talking. I asked her to put it on the cup due to the caramel NOT being there like she insisted and she proceeded to say “it’s going to taste too sweet.” ¿Was the drink mine or hers? We went to see our son off at Southwest and had some time . $27 got 3 drinks yikes. They were slightly coffee flavored slushies very underwhelming. The person that took our order didn't make eye contact what so ever and acted like she/they/it didn't want to be there. And their lack of customer service was ridiculous. Fast service from Laurie despite the incomprehensible frilly coffee menu. I just wanted coffee with milk,—and the staff served it up in multiple languages.
Stopped in at the airport site, excellent coffee and pastries. Great, fast service.
