Mixed review. Staff was friendly and polite, engaged well with customers. Drink I ordered (Campfire Mocha - hot) was pretty mid to be honest. Very bitter coffee that overpowered the sweetness of the drink, and it wasn't well mixed. Also, took quite a long time to make the drink and there was only one other person in line in front of me. But I'm sure an airport location is always busy, and I had time to wait so that was ok.
Coffee not great and poor hygiene control. I got a coffee here. Oat latte and it cost nearly $7. They do NOT have a separate container for their milks. The Barrista badly washed the container which had dairy milk in it and then just used it for Oat. Coffee was not great I took a few sips and threw it away. Went to a Starbucks further down.
I ordered a matcha latte but got a cup of steamed milk, lightly flavored with matcha. Not worth $7 and some change. I wasn't really mad, just annoyed. I hate when coffee shops do this.
The first cappuccino was really bitter, so I asked them to remake it. The second one was PERFECT. As a coffee shop owner, I encourage every customer to do that because consistency is extremely difficult with espresso shots. So every time a customer brings back a coffee, the barista knows to adjust a few things. It helps everyone.
