The baristas are polite. The beverages however, are undrinkable. I just purchased (2) hot coffee drinks, one for myself and one for my husband. I ordered half decaf/half sugar in mine. My husband had to dump his drink out after a few sips because the beverage is so sweet he couldn't even stomach it. He even made a comment that, "this should be illegal to sell".
