They made my coworkers drink wrong. When I showed them pictures of what is supposed to look like vs. what I got, they were very defensive and rude. They made excuses like “it just melted” “we can’t promise the drink won’t taste like coffee” well obviously, we are ordering coffee, but a campfire mocha cooler contains less than the normal drinks. The ladies there are always very friendly. I love the breakfast food and they are always happy to make any changes to my beverage if asked. Thank you for making my day a little bit better!
Excellent service
I drove by a few coffee shops today in order to get my cappuccino at Caribou at Dick’s Market. Why? Because I knew the coffee would be prepared just right and that it would be served with a smile. Well worth the drive.
I'm disgusted in the service here. It's always over loaded with customers waiting waiting and waiting. I'll drive to any other city before I'll come back here again
