I absolutely love their coffee and the staff is always friendly
We always look forward to finding a Caribou Coffee! The sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was excellent! The baristas kept smiling while they worked hard to keep up with their constant flow of customers!
We were the only car for a light roast coffee. Paid our bill promptly then waited and waited. Nobody seemed to care that we ordered one coffee and it took a long time to finally get the coffee. My suspicion was that they ran out of coffee and had to brew a new batch, but zero communication to that affect.
