The customer service left something to be desired. I was given a hot cup of coffee without a sleeve , had to go back and request one because the cup was so hot. These kids need to be better trained.

Yummy coffee
Not my favorite caribou. While the service is great, I always seem to have issues with my beverages. Usually ordering a chia tea, I have noticed that this drink does not taste the same as any other caribou I've gone to. The ratio of milk is too high, and the chia not strong enough. This has happened a couple of times now. The recent trip I had, the chia tea tasted the same way and my cup was not completely filled.
