I was given only 5 of my 6 drinks at first and they were not in a carrier. I had to ask for my 6th drink and a carrier. I needed two carriers, but it was "going to be a while" to get another carrier, so I passed and had to make two trips into my building with the drinks. The order was done correctly in the end and the drinks are great.
Super friendly staff and really quick
So now I see that these horrible reviews are a thing. I go to explain to Steve that my Carmel high rise cooler had a lot of ice chunks in it. He tells me he is not going to compensate me that I have to call customer service. Like I've had many issues with this store and Steve was pretending to be apologetic. Driving through town and needed breakfast. Normally I'm a Starbucks girl, but thought I'd give Caribou drive thru a try. I ordered the ice caramel crafted pressed coffee, chocolate croissant, and blueberry muffin. I pay for my order.
