My wife and I have been coming here for years and was a full supporter. However over the last few months the service and quality have gotten much worse and after 3 bad visits in a row we have decided to stop coming for awhile.
Good drinks however I won’t be back because of the wait. There were no cars in line when I ordered at the walk up and they served the cars coming through AFTER I ordered before getting my drinks. I waited a long time and there were 4 people working. I just don’t understand why they can’t make the drinks BEFORE they make a car order that clearly ordered AFTER me.
Fast and friendly service
Whoever has been hired in the last few months has tanked the quality of drinks. I swear I was served Shrek's Swamp Water in a cup and was told it was a iced latte. When your drinks cost what they do, your workers need to follow recipe proportions. Period. It doesn't matter how busy you are, prepare the drink the correct way, every time.
We placed a coffee order online for 8 drinks marked as ASAP of course I waited before heading over- but they were all done and PERFECT! Staff at the window were super nice! Thank you!
