I have had a number of Iced coffees / cold brews where I either ask for a large or medium and instead of putting a reasonable amount of ice in they fill it to the brim and give me less coffee than if I were to order a small. Owners, please look into this and train consistently with staff it is very frustrating when you pay 6 dollars for a drink and you get almost no coffee just ice!
