Very nice location, close to the biggest attraction in Medina, as well as plenty of the essentials. The service was crazy fast, and my ludicrously complicated order was perfectly executed on the first try! Even got a chocolate espresso bean on the lid. :)
On Sunday, 09/07/2025, I had an issue at another Caribou location where my food came out burnt, so I came over to the Clydesdale Marketplace Caribou instead. The staff here completely turned my day around — they were friendly, understanding, and quickly fixed the problem. My order came out fresh and perfect. Really appreciated how this team went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!
I visit this store multiple times per month, but I've decided to be done as a customer at this store. This store has a drive-thru; my experience at any Caribou with a drive-thru is that the customers in vehicles are the priority. At this location, I feel that this principle is amplified to the point that it ruins the walk-in customer experience for me. Today I walked in and proceeded to the front counter.
