Okay now, This is two days in a row it that it has taken over 10 minutes to be acknowledged for my order to be taken. There have been 3 girls working both days & yet they refuse to make eye contact with you or acknowledge your existence. The coffee flavor is spectacular so I continue to go back, however the customer service needs some definite improvement. Just look up and say one moment please. Inside Coborns. Nice little area to sit inside, and outside (in summer). I ordered a cappucino and unfortunately got a latte (there IS a difference). I told staff and they remade my drink and it was perfect and they were nice about it. So i appreciated that :) I would love to give more stars, but I really can't since my drink wasn't correct. Thank goodness I was in store and not in the drivethru, so I could get it fixed. This seems to be an issue at most caribou unfortunately- staff not knowing the difference between the two... read more
