Really slow service and the drinks are never correct.
Service is so slow Took 25 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee that was ordered on the app. They did not start making it until after I arrived at the window and then had to question what they were reading on the slip. I will go here again as a last resort and will never tip again. Wish I could get that back they don't deserve it.
Got 2 Iced turtle white mochas. There is the one employee who makes them wrong because she has done it before. She does the white chocolate, then the espresso. Then put way too much milk in so she can only get a tiny bit of ice in it and drizzle caramel on top of it. I’ve never worked at Caribou before, but I know my drink is supposed to be made with the caramel and the white chocolate mixed into the espresso before the milk.
