Ordered a large iced caramel cold press with extra caramel and espresso whip. Didn't get extra caramel or espresso whip, and it ear a medium, not a large.

We went through Drive Thru - very friendly team!
You used to be able to get through the drive through in 1-2 minutes now if there’s 4 cars in front of you, you can expect a 20 minute wait every time! It’s horrible because there’s a curb on both sides and once you’re in line, you’re committed.
