The absolute establishmen l've ever dealt with through a drive through.I will never return.It should not take 20 plus minutes to take an order and receive your coffee.When i'm the only one in the drive through
There were 5 people working and they were was only one person that was actually working the the rest were standing around. And they were really slow. Not impressed
I always order a hot chocolate with extra whip in a bigger cup. The barista was very understanding and did my order as asked. Other times they would be grumpy about it
