I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years. One of my favorite caribou’s since it’s next to work. Great spot to do homework and/ or WFH here with an iced latte.
My husband ordered a caramel high rise not so hot. He was given a campfire mocha extra hot. We said something when it was handed to us at the drive thru. And rather than correcting the order, she told him to taste it. Three times she told him to taste it. An extra hot beverage when he ordered not so hot. It would have been nice to just get the right beverage. Which we were refused.
Very good service. Coffee top notch. Everything bagel nicely toasted. Love the atmosphere of this location.
I called the day prior to pickup requesting (2) 2.5 gal canteens of coffee. I showed up on time at 7 AM as requested and they were not ready. It also appeared that they had completely forgotten about my order. Didn't get an apology or a discount. Never spending money here ever again.
