I seriously hate leaving low reviews...but this Caribou location has really gone downhill in the last few months. Last week, I did a mobile order and ended up waiting, along with about 20 other customers, for my order. And when I did finally receive my order, which was supposed to be hot, it was cold. There was a line of about 4 people standing at the register waiting to order and none of the staff stepped up to serve these people. There were about 15 other people also waiting for their orders.
