Ellie was such a sweetheart! She answered some questions for me and I really appreciated her patience. She's much nicer than the other lady that works there most days. Recently I've been coming here often to study and I hope I see Ellie again!
Ordered a latte ahead of time like most of the time and many people do. looked busy so figured time to go use the restroom for a minute. After a total time of driving there parking in the bathroom was about 3 or 4 minutes and then saw a large hot coffee on the counter with no label on it. Honestly it is a top notch facility. The lobby/eating area is conducive to a wide array of seating experiences, the staff is friendly, the beverages and food are satisfying and don't leave a bad aftertaste, and the options are seemingly limitless. Even custom orders and accommodations are met with enthusiasm and positivity. Great experience end to end!
