Be warned when ordering on the app. I've come here many times since it's nearby. I'm having an issue with their app that it never updates if the store is out of stock of something. (I primarily order for pickup using the app) For example, around Christmas, I ordered an ornament that was out of stock, and I had to contact corporate to get my money back since the store is unable to refund you on the app. It took almost 2 months before I got my money back after me following up multiple times with no response... I ordered ahead on the app but still had to wait for my food 😔 my sandwich was hard and they got the coffee order wrong 😕
I’ve been trying to support this Caribou location since I’m in a somewhat “dead zone” for coffee shops besides Starbucks. The few times I have come the service has been extremely slow just for coffee drinks off the menu. Today I was handed a cup with sticky caramel syrup all over the outside, asked for a napkin and the lady seemed very flustered. I hope they can figure out the staffing issue to resolve the chaos!
