Online for Sunday it says they close at 6:30 pm, they actually close at 6:00pm, decent coffee, food a bit stale.
I am very shocked by all the high reviews. I come here three times a week and the service is always so slow. I usually order drive through but decided to order in location pick up thinking that would be better. They didn’t even put my order out when it was ready.What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait 10 minutes at the time I get to the location…
Please Open Caribou in California too They are amazing!!I make it a point to visit Caribou when i visit east coast..
Be warned when ordering on the app. I've come here many times since it's nearby. I'm having an issue with their app that it never updates if the store is out of stock of something. (I primarily order for pickup using the app) For example, around Christmas, I ordered an ornament that was out of stock, and I had to contact corporate to get my money back since the store is unable to refund you on the app. It took almost 2 months before I got my money back after me following up multiple times with no response... I ordered ahead on the app but still had to wait for my food 😔 my sandwich was hard and they got the coffee order wrong 😕
