my "other" regular (small Americano) was dpme i[ PERFECTLY. - associate double checked when i pulled up to the window, and I explained Cup half full of ice, pour 3 shots over it. Delivered as ordered and double checked by both parties by two-finger test on bottom of cup being "chilled" (but not diluted). Excellent on [custom] order.
They messed up and we still had to pay the difference. I had to drive 30 minutes and still had to pay for their mess up. I never write 1 star reviews. This was ridiculous.
