The management of this Caribou must be doing something special. They’ve taken atmosphere and cleanliness to the next level. The store always feels welcoming, and the staff consistently make you feel appreciated as a customer. At a time when customer service seem to be declining all around, this place remains an oasis of hospitality and the high standards the industry was once known for. We just did the drive thru, but we were both disappointed that our cups of coffee weren't even full. I would say 1/2 to 3/4 was all that was in each cup. First time we have ever had this issue at a Caribou

This is a nice Caribou, but hands down I prefer going 7 blocks south to The Coffee Keller. Local coffee shop with better coffee and better atmosphere all while being locally owned and operated. I keep my Caribou perks, but favor the local option 💯🤠
