I ordered a hot malted mocha and left the store without tasting my drink. The barista forgot to add the malt mixture to my drink, I didn't discover this until I was a mile down the road, too late to turn around and have it corrected.
Server was very polite .
Great service, kind quick and helpful. But honestly the absolute worst cup of coffee I’ve had this year.
Wren was super helpful and friendly. We are new to town and she was very welcoming. I’m not familiar with caribou coffee and she was helpful in giving me detailed descriptions.
