I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience at any Bouville location. The Baristas at New Prague are always smiling and serving the best of the best
They make great drinks which is why I risked going there once in a while, but it seems mobile orders are bumped to the end of the line no matter how busy they are so prepare to wait quite a while. Staff is very genuine when the are apologizing. They can't refund mobile orders if you can't wait any longer and have to leave.
Me and my mom come here every sunday for coffee and we typically order online. It usually takes them longer than the time we order for which is fine because we understand that stuff gets busy and backed up fast, however, today in particular, we ordered for pickup at 7:30 and didn't receive our last drink until almost 8. Meanwhile cars were moving in and out of the drive through.
