Absolutely love the morning crew! They know my name and start my order when I walk in! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the girls work extremely hard! Liz the manager runs a great crew! Rebecca has my order on the screen and greets me with a smile every morning! Tina smiles and genuinely asks about my day while promply serving my blueberry croissant! Rebecca and the manager Liz are fantastic! These two are always prioritizing customer satisfaction. My wife & I always look forward to coming here because we know we’re gonna have a very personable small town experience while enjoying some delicious coffee :)
Always good
Second time in a row that they have made my order wrong. A couple weeks ago in the drive-thru they forgot to give us the cake pop we ordered. We noticed after we drove off and didn't have time to go back. Today, we ordered a white chocolate mocha and they forgot the chocolate. We went back for a refund and didn't even get an apology.
