Second time in a row that they have made my order wrong. A couple weeks ago in the drive-thru they forgot to give us the cake pop we ordered. We noticed after we drove off and didn't have time to go back. Today, we ordered a white chocolate mocha and they forgot the chocolate. We went back for a refund and didn't even get an apology.
Be Aware .The coffee was excellent, service awesome. We go there frequently. When I reviewed the receipt it showed the correct amount was charged. My bank revealed that an additional amount that was almost double the correct amount was removed from my account. They did, after I approached them, refund the amount of the receipt less the tax and tip. Okay so far. But I was still charged an additional charged that I did not owe. This is THE WORST location For WAIT TIME. I love Caribou and this is closest location from home, but its not worth it anymore. This has been going on for years at this location. Guess I'm Going to Scooters from now on, or driving to Lakeville.
Waited well over 20 minutes sitting at the window. Nobody came to window. Looks like they were helping in person customers though. Total wait 30 mintues after ordering. Decided to drive off.
