I placed a mobile order in the parking lot, they perfectly nailed my drink on the first go, and it was done before I even walked in. Also lots of indoor and outdoor tables, good for groups of 4 or less. The layout is also very straightforward and it's easy to peruse the merchandise, the mobile orders ready to go, and the available seating as soon as you walk in.
This woman at the window was extremely rude. She handed me my drink that was covered in caramel and I asked her if she had something to wipe my cup off with and uses a dirty rag and says it’s on the inside not the outside I promise and I showed her my hand and she slams the window shut. All this after giving them a tip? That’s the worst customer service iv received from any place
If you're not fully staff and can't provide great service, then don't be open.Because people have time and their time is just as valuable as yours.As you're getting paid to be there, we can't wait thirty minutes in the drive through for drinks.Because you guys are under staff.That's not the customer's fault.And if you cannot be fully staffed to provide good service for your product, then don't be open
