I went through the drive thru to get myself a delicious hot chocolate and a muffin. Just after I paid, I was told they didn't have any muffins thawed and offered me something else. I asked if I could get a refund for the muffin, and they said they couldn't do refunds. I ended up getting a cake pop instead of a muffin. Not too happy with this experience.
Lovely staff just tue nicest. I stopped in 2 minutes before close with low blood sugar. I felt ao bad and was apologizing. That where so sweet and kind. Happy easter to the lovely staff that helped me today

Always a great experience with the crew at the Superior location!! The order is always right, and I get a couple of beans to top it off!
