First, this is a drive-up kiosk only.....forget the idea of going inside. The girl who took our order was excellent & made a couple of good recommendations. The older gentleman handling actually delivery of our order at the window was poor....asked for napkins & he responded, 'they're in the bag'... well, there was one napkin in the bag....one napkin for four people....one napkin for an order of four drinks & 2 blueberry muffins. Clearly, he wanted us to move along, saying...'There are cars waiting behind you.'
The coffee is pretty decent but it's $3.58 for a coffee refill which is absolutely ridiculous the coffee is not even hot and they want to hustle a tip as well.
Couldn't get a simple order right several times. One time was charged double for a drink because they rang it up wrong, then said we were making a big deal about it and lowered the price slightly manually. Went back again ordered the same thing plain and clearly, and they were confused again, told us to order it a certain way next time. Ordered it the way they told me to, again without chocolate, and we see them drizzling chocolate on top of the cooler and handing it to us, confused as to why we didn't want to take it.
