My boyfriend and I come to this Caribou almost every Sunday and we always say how exceptional the service is. Everyone who works there is so kind and on top of it!!
We were waiting for 10 minutes, about 5-6 workers looked at us and didn’t ask if we were missing anything. I had to ask someone how long it was going to take yet for my iced coffee. Then the girl I asked seemed irritated and had the girl that was already swamped make it for us. I know she was rushing but I had to wipe off my own cup from the milk running down the side. Got a WATERY cup of coffee, yuck!
Paid nearly $8 this morning to have my medium cup filled halfway. For the prices that we are being charged as consumers, do we not deserve what we have paid for?
