I love Caribou but have had 2 bad experiences at this specific location with rude customer service and do not recommend it. I asked if I could get light ice or no ice in my drink and the employee taking the order said that was no problem, then the worker making my drink yelled out my name and unpleasantly said she cannot and will not make it without ice and if I don’t want ice I have to take it out myself. I've always loved this place! Caribou is really my favorite coffee shop. The way they do business is so genuine and personal! Not to mention the coffee is AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend getting coffee here! Atmosphere is also great for doing homework and studying. Clean tables and bathroom, plus cozy chairs and a fireplace!
