Someone needs to do something about the one manager of this store with glasses and dark straight hair. She is incredibly rude to the employees and customers. The environment is super toxic. She talked rudely to me when I had an issue with my order, and that was after I heard her talk rudely to another customer. They are constantly screwing up and then rude to customers regardless. This needs to stop!!!!
The girl who handed me my order was extremely rude when I asked a simple question about my drink. Instead of helping, she gave me a snarky response, so I just pulled away. When I tried the drink, it was wrong—something that could have been resolved if she had taken even a moment to actually respond. I went inside and the other girls working were wonderful; they were polite, helpful, and quickly made me a new drink.
