Had a great experience, the staff was super friendly and helped to purchase a water bottle displayed in the drive thru window and went above and beyond!!
We love our local Caribou! I was disappointed today with my latte. It seems that when you order a large vanilla latte with skim milk they are automatically substituting with a Northern Lite. I do not like the taste of the sugar free vanilla syrup. My husband said he corrected them but still got a Northern Lite. Thanks for reading.
I come here often because I work in the area... lately I've been disappointed with the service. I want to speak about my experience I had today. I do a mobile order, I drove to the location and theres one person in front of me. Drive thru has been very slow as of late. Like if you go through the drive thru expect a wait... but I watched them hand the person in front my drink... which is okay I guess, thats not the part Im mad about. I know mistakes can happen.
