Drive thru was poor service. The person taking the order, kept saying she couldn't hear us and we had to yell into speaker the she made a comment that we didn't have to yell.
On July 13, 2025, went to order My wife favorite drink and they couldn't even get it right. How hard is it to make a Carmel Cooler with no topping, less flavor, and an extra shot of expresso. Then you can't even get my son Carmel cooler straight. I returned it and they suppose to remake it and but to dam lazy saying they did. Problem with the shop is we order the drink from every Caribou Coffee when we stop by. You taste the coffee before you taste the sugar first. Won't go back to this lousy shop!
I go here before work literally all the time and I always have amazing service (especially love Claire she's the best) and everyone is so sweet.
Drink was not good. All froth. Not worth the money.
