This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes (the only walk up customer in the store)just to have one of the 3 workers tell me that they will be with me shortly. I honestly believe that they were betting on how long it would take to make me walk out. Never again for this or any other Caribou “ crap” coffee.
My family and I visit often and the staff are very nice and my order is correct everytime
This is one of my favorite Caribou stores. The servers are always very friendly and do a nice job making the beverages. I was really impressed with Pedro when I went through the drive-up the other day. He went above and beyond to exchange my drink (my fault), was so friendly and even helped me out with needing the correct bills for an upcoming appointment that I was running late for. I really appreciated his kindness.
